About our clinic
Medical philosophy

Although family dental clinics and university hospitals (hospital dental clinics) already exist in society as primary dental medical institutions and secondary dental medical institutions, there are still not many 1.5-level dental medical institutions that only specialize in specific areas and collaborate with local family dental clinics.
While you may come across pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, the number of dental clinics that specialize in root canal treatment (endodontics), which is the key to saving teeth, is extremely limited.
In addition, it is not yet common in Japan for patients to go back and forth between their regular dental clinic and a specialist dental clinic for root canal treatment. However, in the United States, where the specialist dental system is widespread, dentists who specialize in root canal treatment, known as endodontists, provide dental care in cooperation with local regular dental clinics.
As a 1.5-level dental medical institution specializing in endodontic treatment, we provide university hospital-level endodontic treatment to all patients who can access it, including patients living in the Kanto region. Furthermore, through collaboration with your regular dental clinic, we aim to establish new standards in Japanese dental care.
Furthermore, our clinic is certified as a training facility by Japan Endodontic Association and as an associate training facility by Japanese Dental Specialty Board. In addition to providing specialized dental care, we will continue to train and produce excellent young dentists.
Five features of our clinic
The best proposal for preserving tooth nerves and saving teeth
Teeth not only play an important role in chewing, but also in pronunciation and facial expressions. Therefore, preventative maintenance is important in the first place to prevent the need for treatment, and if treatment becomes unavoidable, we must do our best from a long-term perspective.
At our clinic, we explore the possibility of preserving the tooth nerve (dental pulp) and tooth, and propose the best treatment approach.

A precise approach to the toothache and swollen gums that are bothering you right now
The pain that occurs as tooth decay progresses can be extremely painful and may require urgent treatment.
If there is a problem with a treated tooth, the pain may suddenly worsen, causing not only pain but also swelling of the gums. However, despite the urgency of the situation, root canal treatment must be performed carefully, and appropriate pain management is also important.
In particular, if inflammation is severe, it is necessary to respond to swelling and pain in a timely manner. Our clinic is highly specialized and has extensive treatment experience, so we can provide an accurate approach.

Say goodbye to prolonged root canal treatments and repeated root canal treatments
Treatment at our clinic takes 1.5 hours per session and is usually completed in 2-3 appointments. Each step of treatment is evaluated using X-rays and other methods to ensure appropriate treatment is carried out. If the infection in the root of the tooth can be controlled, subsequent recurrence and repeated treatment can be avoided.
As a result, the effort, time, and cost of repeated dental treatment visits can be reduced.

Working hand in hand with your family dentist
Your regular dental clinic is ultimately responsible for the overall treatment process for your mouth and subsequent preventative maintenance. As specialists, we assist with root canal treatment and tooth conservation treatment.
We maintain close contact with your regular dentist during treatment to support you in maintaining your oral health.

Collaboration with specialists in orofacial pain and oral surgery, as well as other specialized facilities
Tooth pain can be caused by issues other than root problems. In particular, in cases of neuropathic pain, symptoms may not improve even after infection removal. In such cases, we work with dentists specializing in orofacial pain. Furthermore, if tooth extraction is unavoidable, tooth transplantation using wisdom teeth may be possible. In such cases, we will work with oral surgeons to provide treatment.
In recent years, dental pulp regeneration therapy using dental pulp stem cells has been gaining attention as a new treatment option for dead tooth nerves and infected tooth interiors (root canals). While
evaluation of whether a case is suitable for treatment is essential, our clinic works in collaboration with a dental pulp stem cell processing facility as a Type 2 regenerative medicine provider that can provide dental pulp regeneration therapy.
