For first-time visitors

For your first visit, please arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a medical questionnaire and check your referral letter . This will allow us to have enough time for the subsequent interview and treatment, and allow you to be seen smoothly.

We will confirm the contents of your referral letter and ask about any dental symptoms you are concerned about and their history. Please feel free to tell us anything you are worried about or anxious about regarding treatment.

We will perform an oral examination, take intraoral photographs, X-rays, and CBCT scans to evaluate the condition of the teeth, dental pulp, gums, and bones from multiple perspectives.

We will explain your current condition and treatment options using photographs of your mouth, X-rays, CBCT images, and treatment explanation animations. We strive to provide explanations that are as clear and thorough as possible .

To minimize pain during treatment, we use topical anesthesia and local anesthesia with ultra-fine needles. We also use a rubber dam to prevent infection and provide world-class endodontic treatment.
During treatment, we also take video, still images, and X-rays, and will explain the treatment details after the treatment on the day.

Follow-ups are performed six months and one year after treatment is completed. If the condition of the teeth, gums, and bones is good at the six-month mark, follow-up may end at that point.

If you lose teeth in the future, the main causes will be periodontal disease, cavities, and tooth fractures. We recommend that you continue to receive preventive maintenance at your family dentist to maintain a healthy mouth.
